How Our Flexible Pricing Works
Our flexible pricing is based on household size and annual income, making therapy affordable for individuals and families at different financial levels.
Good Faith Estimate: Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or who aren’t using insurance an estimate of their bill for medical services before those services are provided.

Using Your Insurance
Coverage varies by plan. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific insurance benefits, deductible, and copay.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits before your first session. Ask about:
- Your copay or coinsurance for outpatient mental health services
- Your remaining deductible
- Whether you need a referral
- How many sessions are covered per year

Common Questions
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and insurance. Payment is due at the time of service unless you’re using insurance.
Do you offer sliding scale fees?
Yes, we have a limited number of sliding scale spots available based on financial need. Please inquire during your initial consultation to discuss options.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee as these cannot be billed to insurance.
How does billing work with insurance?
We bill your insurance directly as an in-network provider. You’ll only be responsible for your copay or coinsurance at the time of service. If you haven’t met your deductible, you may be responsible for the full session fee until it’s met.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes! Therapy sessions are eligible expenses for both Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). We accept HSA/FSA cards as payment.
