Individual therapy focuses on your personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. Couples therapy works on relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and building stronger connections between partners. We help you determine which approach best fits your needs.
Every journey is unique. Some clients see progress in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term work. We'll regularly check in about your goals and progress to ensure therapy continues to serve you well.
